Tommy Vercetti, a recently paroled murderer, is sent to Vice City to oversee drug operations for his boss, Sonny Forelli. Arriving in the midst of a power struggle between Forelli and his rival, Ricardo Diaz, Tommy quickly becomes embroiled in the city's underworld.

After serving time for his crimes, Tommy is released from prison and returns to Vice City to reclaim his lost assets. However, he finds that the city has changed dramatically in his absence, and his old allies are no longer loyal to him. Undeterred, Tommy sets out to rebuild his empire, but his plans are constantly thwarted by Diaz and his henchmen.
Never Back Down: No Surrender (2016)
In order to save his kidnapped sister, Tommy infiltrates the Cuban gang that is holding her hostage. With the help of his loyal friends, Tommy fights his way through waves of enemies, ultimately rescuing his sister and taking down the gang's leader, Umberto Robina.
